About NHA

NHA was established to address the specific needs of hydropower professionals in Nepal and to support the development of carefully planned hydro projects in the country. NHA provides a platform for its members to exchange and thereby enhance their knowledge about various aspects of hydropower systems. NHA also aims to raise the profile of hydropower by developing useful information and dissemination to policy makers, politicians, professionals, related expertise and the general public.
